Architects: Titu Evolceanu, Sofia Ungureanu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Complexul are \u00een componen\u021b\u0103 cele dou\u0103 hale de sport, una cuprinz\u00e2nd o sal\u0103 pentru competi\u021bii \u0219i cealalt\u0103 un bazin de \u00eenot cu ap\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103lzit\u0103. Acestea sunt exprimate prin volume independente \u0219i sunt legate \u00eentre ele printr-un corp ce ad\u0103poste\u0219te instala\u021biile tehnice. Acoperi\u0219ul s\u0103lii de gimnastic\u0103 e realizat din arce puternice din lemn, care r\u0103m\u00e2n aparente \u00een interiorul volumului. Probabil lipsa mentenan\u021bei, calitatea mai slab\u0103 a materialelor de construc\u021bie folosite \u00een ultimii ani \u0219i lipsa finisajelor corespunz\u0103toare au condus la apari\u021bia degrad\u0103rii tencuielilor. Mai ales la nivelul parterului se poate remarca atacul biologic cauzat de infiltrarea apelor meteorice (fie direct prin tencuiala pere\u021bilor, fie coroborat \u0219i cu neetan\u0219eitatea \u00eenvelitorii).<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The complex includes two sports halls, a competition hall and a warmed swimming pool. They are independent volumes, connected by a technical wing. The roof of the gym is made of strong wooden arches that remain apparent inside. Probably the lack of maintenance and the poorer quality of materials used over the recent years, as well as the lack of appropriate finishings led to the degradation of the plaster. The ground floor, especially, is visibly attacked by mould, caused by infiltrated water (either through the wall plaster or in combination with roof leaks).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit\u0103 \u00een 1950.
