Plastica arhitectural\u0103 a fost g\u00e2ndit\u0103 pentru a propor\u021biona volumele impuse de fluxul tehnologic, iar func\u021biunile au fost grupate \u00een ideea ob\u021binerii unui element de contrast. Architects created a design able to balance the volumes required by the process flow, while functions were organized so as to provide a contrasting element. Also, in order to amplify the shadow effects, bays were used to give a certain rhythm to the fa\u00e7ades. The complex is administered by the state, which may explain the persisting lack of maintenance.
