Architect: Aron Grimberg-Solari<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Corpul scenei cuprindea, la subsol, cabine pentru arti\u0219ti, camera de coafur\u0103 \u0219i grim\u0103, depozit de instrumente muzicale,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>camera electricianului, cabina suflerului, administra\u021bia \u0219i grupurile sanitare. La nivelul scenei se aflau dou\u0103 degajamente laterale acoperite \u0219i depozitul ecranului cinemascop. La sistemul constructiv s-au folosit lamele din beton armat la pere\u021bii s\u0103lii \u0219i st\u00e2lpi de tip grinzi Vierindeel, care \u00eencadreaz\u0103 panouri de zid\u0103rie eficient\u0103, la corpul scenei. Amfiteatrul avea structur\u0103 de beton armat \u00een zona holului, iar pe lateral gradene prefabricate, a\u0219ezate pe umplutur\u0103 de nisip. Acum, imobilul este nefunc\u021bional, suferind \u201eprofund la nivel de eficien\u0163\u0103 energetic\u0103, structur\u0103 \u015fi dot\u0103ri\u201d, o ruin\u0103, ad\u0103postind uneori oameni ai str\u0103zii.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The stage wing included, on the basement, astists cabins, the hairdressing and make-up shop, the musical instruments storage, the electrical shop, the prompt box, offices and lavatories. At stage level, it included two lateral connecting spaces and the cinemascope storage. The constructive system used reinforced concrete panels for the walls of the hall and Vierindeel beams for the stage wing, framing panels of efficient masonry. The amphitheatre had a reinforced concrete structure in the lobby area and precast elements on sand filling for the tiers of seats. The building is completely disfunctional now, in terms of \u201eenergy efficiency, structure and endowment\u201d, having fallen into ruin and sometimes sheltering homeless people.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een 1962.
