Dumitrascu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Cl\u0103direa are la baz\u0103 acela\u0219i program ca \u0219i alte case de cultur\u0103 din Rom\u00e2nia, at\u00e2t \u00een plan c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een plastica arhitectural\u0103. Cu o capacitate de 800 locuri, este dotat\u0103 cu anexele necesare, dou\u0103 foaiere, o bibliotec\u0103, diverse s\u0103li de reuniuni, cabinete de lectur\u0103 \u0219i lucru, distribuite pe trei laturi. Conceptul volumetric pleac\u0103 de la un studiu aprofundat al formelor arhitecturii moldovene\u0219ti vechi \u0219i le transpune \u00een noile tehnici constructive \u0219i materiale, \u00eencerc\u00e2nd s\u0103 valorifice crea\u021bia popular\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 transmit\u0103 identitatea local\u0103 \u00een modernismul socialist rom\u00e2nesc. Ast\u0103zi cl\u0103direa este dat\u0103 \u00een folosin\u021b\u0103 unor ter\u021bi pentru subzisten\u021ba administra\u021biei. Se recomand\u0103 clasarea pentru a-i p\u0103stra specificul arhitectural \u0219i artistic. Fa\u021bada lateral\u0103 este decorat\u0103 cu o ampl\u0103 lucrare monumental\u0103 ce necesit\u0103 restaurare.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>building is based on the same architectural program as other cultural centres in Romania, both in design and aesthetics. The 800-seat hall, with all amenities, has two lobbies, a library, other meeting halls, reading and work cabinets, located on three sides of the building. The volumetry is based on a thorough study of old Moldavian architecture, adapting it to new techniques and materials, in an attempt to translate vernacular art and local identity into Romanian socialist modernism. Today, the building is leased to thid parties, to ensure funds for the administration. Classification is recommended.
