Cuprinde spa\u021biile necesare unui centru cultural prev\u0103zut cu o sal\u0103 mic\u0103 \u0219i o sal\u0103 mare de spectacole, totaliz\u00e2nd 700 de locuri \u0219i scen\u0103 echipat\u0103 cu fos\u0103 pentru orchestr\u0103, dispun\u00e2nd \u0219i de un acces secundar exterior c\u0103tre scen\u0103 \u0219i c\u0103tre cele patru cabine ale arti\u0219tilor. Cl\u0103direa recent renovat\u0103 se confrunt\u0103 cu urm\u0103toarele probleme: modific\u0103ri de culoare pe fa\u021bada principal\u0103, finisajele exterioare rezultate \u00een urma reamenaj\u0103rilor recente &#8211; de calitate inferioar\u0103 \u0219i disonante, apari\u021bia mai multor goluri vitrate la nivelurile superioare f\u0103r\u0103 grija men\u021binerii unei coeren\u021be la nivelul ansamblului.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The Unions\u2019 Cultural Center was built by the General Association of Trade Unions in Romania and was inaugurated in 1973. It includes all the required functions for a cultural center, with two theatre halls totalling 700 seats, a stage with an orchestra pit and a secondary entrance leading to the stage and to the four artists\u2019 cabins. The recently renovated building has suffered several alterations: changes of color on the main fa\u00e7ade, low-quality and disonant exterior finishings added during the recent rehabilitation and several new windows created on the upper floors, installed without any care for the coherence of the whole edifice.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit\u0103 \u00een 1970.
